If you're dealing with illness or injury, message me ASAP. We'll adjust your plan to match your current capacity — even if that means backing off completely for a bit. You don’t lose progress by resting. You lose progress by pushing through something you shouldn't. Healing is part of the process.
Yes — within reason. You can DM me through your membership site or email any questions during the week. I’ll aim to respond within 24 hours. Non-urgent questions should go in check-ins or be held for Office Hours so we can keep everything focused.
