What exactly is online training, and how does SCW deliver it??

Online training at SCW means you get a fully customized program delivered via TrainHeroic — workouts, video demos, and tracking built-in. I check your data, adjust your plan, and support you remotely every week. It’s like having a trainer with you — without booking a gym time.

What if the workouts are too hard—or too easy?

That’s the beauty of SCW: it adapts. You log every session in TrainHeroic (how it felt, how much weight, notes), and I’ll tweak sets, reps, and exercise choices to match your progress and condition.

Do you provide a diet or meal plan?

No rigid meal plans. Instead, you’ll use Precision Nutrition principles and my recipe library to create your own structure:

- Stop eating at ~80% full

- Eat slowly and mindfully

- Learn what foods help your performance, sleep, energy

What if I miss workouts or check-ins?

We all miss days. That’s life. But consistency over time is what counts. If you miss a session, log why and we

adjust. If you miss check-ins, I’ll follow up to get you back on track. Gaps delay results, but honesty lets us

course correct fast.

Can I do this program at home or does it require a gym?

Both work. Your training will be customized based on what equipment you have access to. Whether it’s

dumbbells, bands, or just your bodyweight — I’ve coached people in full gyms and tiny apartments. Just be

honest about your setup and I’ll make it work.

What if I feel overwhelmed with everything?

Let’s be real: overwhelm is part of starting anything new. That’s why we don’t try to “fix everything” in week one. If you’re overwhelmed, tell me. I’ll help you strip it back to the essentials and get momentum going again. This program was built for real life.

What happens if I get sick or injured?

If you're dealing with illness or injury, message me ASAP. We'll adjust your plan to match your current capacity — even if that means backing off completely for a bit. You don’t lose progress by resting. You lose progress by pushing through something you shouldn't. Healing is part of the process.

Can I contact you outside of training days?

Yes — within reason. You can DM me through your membership site or email any questions during the week. I’ll aim to respond within 24 hours. Non-urgent questions should go in check-ins or be held for Office Hours so we can keep everything focused.

How long until I see results?

You’ll likely feel better—more energy, less hunger—in the first 1–2 weeks. Visible results often take 4–8 weeks, depending on where you're starting and how consistent you stay. We’re resetting metabolism, building muscle or trying to lose fat — that takes time, but it pays off long-term.
